Join us for Homecoming and Reunion Weekend! Homecoming is open to all alumni, families, friends, faculty, staff, students, and community members.
All attendees coming to campus should register, even if they do not plan to attend a meal, reunion dinner, or signature event. Registering helps us prepare for check-in, printed nametags, campus hospitality, parking, seating, and overall weekend planning.
Most Homecoming activities are open to all registered attendees. Only meals and select events require advance registration. Use this form to register yourself and any guests, then select the meals, reunions dinner, and events you plan to attend. Register by September 18 to take advantage of early-bird meal pricing.
All registered attendees will receive a printed nametag at check-in so classmates, friends, faculty, staff, and guests can easily connect throughout the weekend.
Alumni celebrating a milestone reunion year will be asked to select their reunion class during registration. Guests attending with reunion-year alumni are welcome at reunion events and dinners. Reunion-year alumni and their guests are welcome at reunion dinners. Please select the reunion dinner for each person who plans to attend so we can prepare seating and meals accurately. All reunion dinners will take place on Saturday, October 17th at 6:30 PM.

Early Bird (until September 18): $45 per person Regular Pricing (after September 19): $55 per person Young Alumni (Classes of 2021, 2016, 2011): $35 per person Emeriti Reunion (Classes 1966 and earlier): $35 per person Child Ticket (Ages 5-17): $10 per person Child Ticket (under 5): Complimentary
Start the weekend with our largest student and alumni event! Share stories, swap advice, and meet the next generation of Earlhamites. This is where the past meets present in the best way. Light refreshments will be provided.

Join us as we honor outstanding Earlhamites for their incredible careers, celebrate the generous spirit and dedication of those who give back to their communities, and cheer on new inductees of Earlham’s Athletics Hall of Fame.
Downtown Richmond is the place to be for Homecoming’s biggest party. Feast on bites from local food trucks, sip specialty drinks, dance the night away to music that spans the decades, and dive into games and activities for all ages. Bring your friends, family, and fellow Earlhamites to join the fun!
This event is free, food and drinks are available for purchase from food trucks and vendors.
Family Weekend guests are invited to participate in many Homecoming and Reunion Weekend events. Additional Family Weekend activities will be announced as details are confirmed.
